TO BOOK THE PAVILION

In the first instance, please call the Booking Secretary, Janice Peacock, on 01969 663532. Please provide your name and contact details, the name of your organisation (if applicable), the date and times of proposed use and the facilities that you require.You will need to read and agree to the terms of the booking contract (click here) and you may be required to fill out the booking form that appears at the end of the contract. Please discuss this with the Booking Secretary.
